Rested minds learn better.

Sleep is the most underestimated lever in adult learning — and most educators have never been trained to see it. SereniSleep gives adult educators across Europe the science, the tools and the confidence to bring sleep, well-being and behaviour change into everyday teaching.

Co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union · Free of charge · Available in English, Español, Български and Српски.

Your learners arrive exhausted. Now you can do something about it.

Across Spain, Bulgaria and Serbia, the educators we surveyed told us the same story: their adult learners show up drained. Migrant workers on night shifts. Caregivers stretched between family and study. Adults reskilling between two jobs. The consequences are visible every day — drifting attention, brittle memory, irritability, dropout — yet sleep is almost never named as the cause.

SereniSleep was built to close that gap: a research-backed, partner-developed programme that treats sleep as a learning issue, not a private health matter.

A course built for educators — not patients

  1. Built on real European data.

Every module draws on the project's own desk research, surveys and focus groups — not recycled US/UK content.

  2. Understand, recognise, act.

You won't become a sleep doctor. You'll learn to see when sleep is the missing variable — and respond within an educator's boundaries.

  3. Inclusion is the spine, not a chapter.

Migrant adults, shift workers, caregivers and disadvantaged learners are at the heart of every module.

  4. Validated, not just completed.

Finish and earn the SereniSleep Educator Certificate, co-signed by three partner organisations.
